Los objetivos del servicio son estimular el proceso de adaptación a las nuevas situaciones que se presentan en las personas con un diagnóstico reciente\, ayudar a afrontar\, a través del grupo\, todos aquellos aspectos relacionados con el VIH y crear un espacio grupal de referencia basado en un clima de respeto\, confidencialidad y apoyo mutuo.

DESCRIPTION:En Adhara podrás aprender Mindfulness\, una herramienta psicoeducativa para ello. Además\, ayuda a reducir el estrés aportando recursos eficaces para aplicarlos en tu vida cotidiana. Para ello Adhara te ofrece la oportunidad de participar de forma gratuita en unas intervenciones basadas en Mindfulness para personas con VIH.\n\n\nEl programa constará de 7 sesiones\, 6 de ellas se impartirán los miércoles entre las 18 y las 20h (del 24 de marzo al 28 de abril) más una sesión de práctica intensiva cuyo día se acordará entre todos.\nSerá todo en formato online a través de zoom.\nSi tienes curiosidad e interés te invito a la sesión informativa donde se darán los detalles e información sobre el programa.\nLa Sesión Informativa será el miércoles 10 de Marzo de 18 a 19 horas.\n\n\nEscribe a victor@adharasevilla.org para inscribirte y poderte mandar el enlace.\n\n\nNo pierdas esta oportunidad\n¡Te esperamos!
